To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging and all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you.
Items marked as non-refundable including but not limited to, beauty products, haircare or earrings can not be returned once packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

It’s exactly how it looks, fabric is soft and the lace is flowy. I did get the wrong size though, do not get size 4 if you weigh around 98. I would recommend getting size 6 to get the perfect fit.
I never received my item and it’s been over a month….
The underwire of the top was sticking when I received the package. I’m bummed because it’s so cute, I reached out for an exchange and they want to charge me $25 for a return — for an item that didn’t pass THEIR quality control. I’ve emailed twice since their last email and have been ghosted. Materials are otherwise great and the lace is soft. Jade London’s customer service is subpar and I hope yall don’t have to deal with them.
+ The top also runs small, I’d suggest sizing up
Size up, shirt runs very small. It's very cute but I would not recommend it for anyone bigger than a C cup. 1 star is for terrible experience with the company. Item came late (despite paying for expedited shipping) and was damaged. Reached out to Jaded London multiple times and never heard anything back. Cute clothes but if anything goes wrong with your order, don't expect Jaded London to do anything about it.
